Very nice and sought after Seamaster 300 ref. 165.024 vintage from 1967
The watch case and case-back has sign of use and tools marks, the case back has fading but engravings are readable with a lens. The mid-case has light pitting and oxidation in the back near the lugs, The original and untouched bezel insert has cracking and the numbers has darkened. Rotate properly in both directions.
The crown and tube are new original Omega replacement matching the original unscrewed flat "Nayad" shape and size.
The dial is well preserved considering the age, has fading, spots and marks, has a lovely patina with dark tritium with volume and grain and darker matching Sword hands that in my opinion may have been restored to match the dial tone. Under UV Light there is a very light tritium reaction on dial, hands and bezel and they glows for a few seconds.
New signed Omega crystal replacement.
The movement cal. 552 has been checked and adjusted from an Omega certified watchmaker, it works properly has a good amplitude and timekeeping.
The watch has the Omega Extract from the Archives dating 1967 (Brazil).
